Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

3. Important Dates & Draw Information

Deadline
Final ticket sales deadline: May 22, 2026 at 8:00:00 p.m. EDT

Draw
Main Lottery draw: May 23, 2026 at 11:00:00 a.m. EDT

If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

Draw will be held at 20 John Pound Rd, Tillsonburg, ON N4G 0B9

The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

Winners will be posted online at https://rotarytillsonburg.rafflenexus.com/winners on May 23, 2026.

4. Winner

Winner will be contacted by phone by the Rotary Club of Tillsonburg.

Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Tillsonburg or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

5. Privacy

Rotary Club of Tillsonburg does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

6. Complaints

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: duckrace@rotarytillsonburg.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

7. Other
